Sperm Collection
For normal results, sperm is collected via stimulation. For HBV/HIV carriers, sperm washing technology is used.
Donor Selection / Stimulation
Select donors based on needs and complete legal contracts. Injections of FSH/LH stimulate mature egg production.
Egg Retrieval
Egg retrieval is performed under anesthesia 36 hours after the trigger shot, using ultrasound-guided needle aspiration.
IVF and Embryo Culture
Sperm and eggs are fertilized in controlled conditions. Embryos are cultured to the blastocyst stage by day 5.
PGS/PGD Screening
PGS screens 23 chromosome pairs for abnormalities, while PGD diagnoses specific genetic conditions in blastocysts.
Embryo Transfer / Surrogate Selection
Endometrium is prepared for transfer. High-quality embryos are implanted. Surrogate profiles provided for selection.
Successful Pregnancy
HCG test 14 days after transfer confirms pregnancy. Ultrasound at 6-8 weeks confirms heartbeat.
Surrogate Delivery
Assist with surrogate insurance and prenatal checkups for 38 weeks. Supervise surrogate relationship and lifestyle.
Return Home
Assist with birth certificate, DNA testing, and travel documents for returning home after birth.
